What's New for the 2018 Chevrolet Spark?

You won't find any major changes to the 2018 Spark over last year's model. Instead, Chevy has decided to keep the same features and characteristics that drivers enjoyed on previous models. This small car has a bold appearance and an affordable price tag.  You will find the Chevy Spark has plenty of room and power to handle your driving needs. This vehicle has a stylish five door hatchback design. The second row passenger doors are well hidden with an integrated handle found at the rear of the window frame where it is less likely to distract from the Spark's coupe-like appeal.

2018 Spark Trims & Features

The 2018 Chevy Spark comes with four trim packages. This includes the LS, LT, ACTIV and 2LT with manual transmission or the CVT. Among these trim choices, the Android Auto 5 and Apple CarPlay 4 support for compatible phones is one of the many highlights you'll discover. The Chevy Spark offers a relaxing ride for the driver and passengers alike. Bucket seats in the front along with a four-way manual seat adjuster and manual recline keeps the driver comfortable. A spacious interior allows room for four people easily, but if space for hauling groceries, sports equipment and other daily necessities is important to you, extra cargo capacity can be achieved with the 60/40 split seats in the rear. The Chevrolet MyLink 12 Radio and a seven inch color touch screen as well as an AM/FM stereo are only a few of the luxury features found in the Spark. An auxiliary power outlet and USB port in the front center storage bin will keep all of your devices powered and the complementary three month subscription to SiriusXM furthers your entertainment options

2018 Chevrolet Spark FrontThe 2018 Spark's standard powertrain consists of a five speed manual transmission and a 1.4 liter, four cylinder engine. A CVT, or continuously variable transmission, is an automatic option offered with every trim level. The Spark delivers an adequate amount of power for typical urban driving with its 98 horsepower. The gas mileage is great for this size vehicle with an estimated 38 mpg on the highway and 30 mpg in the city*. Very little effort is needed to navigate this front wheel drive vehicle around town and its tight turning radius along with a small footprint makes it easy to park.

Chevrolet Spark Safety

2018 Chevrolet Spark RearThe Chevy Spark comes with several safety features to protect you and your passengers. A rear vision camera that comes standard allows you to back up with confidence along with a rear park assist option. You'll also find other preventative features offered such as Forward Collision Alert and Lane Departure Warning. If a collision were to occur, you are protected with ten standard air bags in the Chevy Spark. This, along with a high-strength steel safety cage, can help protect you and your passengers from injury when an unfortunate accident does happen. Your Spark can even respond in an emergency situation with the help of the OnStar Guidance Plan with Automatic Crash Response. This feature comes standard with all trims, and it includes a limited time service trial.
