Dishonest and liars! My appointment was originally on 3/28. Waited over 3 hours, only to find out after I left that SERVICE was not done to my vehicle. All he did was reset my oil screen to 100% oil life when in fact the oil change and tire rotation was not done, and he knew it wasn't done! He let me leave there knowing it was not done but told me it was and refused to send me my vehicle report. This is the most DISHONEST thing to have happen at a dealership. Sad thing is not one manager has reached out to me on this and a manger was told! It's disgusting that a dealership can do this to its customers and try to sweep it under the rug. Makes you wonder how many others have had this happen and not know.

I started the process online, Alex returned my email in a timely manner and answered all my questions. He invited me to the dealership to view several available vehicles. Ahmed met me when I arrived. He was welcoming, professional and listened to what my needs were. We came to a mutual agreement and made the deal. The following day Alex called me personally and congratulated me on my purchase and offered his assistance if I had any follow up questions. I am very pleased with my new Equinox EV. Completing the paperwork was seamless. I was very impressed that the dealership already set a future date for my first vehicle check.
