PHOENIX, AZ | 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500April 1, 2026I am completing this survey to formally document what was, without exaggeration, one of the most frustrating and disappointing car-buying experiences I have ever had. From the outset, the sales process lacked transparency. The salesperson’s approach (Spencer K) felt misleading at several key points, particularly regarding the availability and details of the vehicle I was pursuing. Expectations were set that were not honored, and communication was inconsistent and, at times, evasive. Most concerning, however, was that the vehicle I was led to believe would be delivered was never actually provided. Despite investing significant time engaging with your team, I ultimately walked away without a purchase—because confidence in your dealership completely eroded. I gladly made my purchase at another dealership. This experience reflects deeper issues than a single miscommunication: • A lack of honesty and clarity during the sales process • Poor internal coordination and follow-through • Disregard for the customer’s time and trust When I brought up that I would like to look into utilizing my credit union as they offer a rate of 4.89, Spencer smugly waved me off telling me that utilizing their in-house financing at 4.99 “was good & I would only be saving a few dollars”. Spencer was also VERY insistent that I apply for the GM credit card. We were initially given a $56,000 selling price but failed to be transparent about this, this deceptively making the purchase price $1,000 more. My GM card was charged $1,030 ($1000 plus & the 3% fee). When the vehicle was not delivered as promised after several days, we chose to go elsewhere. We have requested at least 3 times that the charge be refunded, Spencer will not have any other communication with us. Additionally, when purchase was made at the other dealership, we lost out on ANOTHER $500.00 rebate because Spencer already processed & the rebate code could not be used. Extremely frustrating! I want to be clear: I did not choose to take my business elsewhere lightly. I left because I no longer felt I could rely on the information being provided or trust that commitments would be honored. I strongly urge management to review this situation seriously. Experiences like this do not just lose individual sales—they damage reputation and deter future customers. At a minimum, I expect acknowledgment of these concerns and a commitment to improving transparency and accountability within your team. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and leads to meaningful changes. Thank you for your attention, Ralph Datoc & Velvet AguirreFrank C
