    I had an appointment at 10:45 am on 06/26; due to traffic in the area arrived a little bit after 11am. I had called a head of time to advised I was running late for an oil change and the rep I spoke to said that would be fine and no issues. I arrived to the service area and was told it could be an all day event to get an oil change as they were backed up. The advisor had mention that he has cars their since 8 am waiting in line. The advisor could tell that I was upset as I set the appointment online and never received a welcome call or anything about the delay. I was at your dealership for 3 hours for an oil change. I also did not like getting bombarded by all your salesmen between both GMC/Chevy asking me to look at a vehicle. I understand that that is their way to get business but was the ask the question multiple times by the same person. The advisor I worked with was great to work with he advised that the Online setup for service will be going away and now you have to call to schedule a service. I normally go to another dealership on the west side of the valley but they were booked until August. I am not sure I will be coming back to your dealership for service again.

    On 7/8/2020 I bought a 2015 Camaro for my granddaughter. The salesman was great. Then I went to the finance department. - Then the 'bait and switch' - I was offered a warranty plan for approx. $2900 - I said no because it was too much. The fella said he would get his finance manager who may be able to do something. Well the manager came out and stressed the importance of a warranty for that car because of all the technology in the Camaro. He showed me a printout of a repair on a Toyota for approx. $8000 for an electrical problem in the dashboard. He then said that it was so important that he would give the plan at his cost. With that offer I purchased the plan for $1631. - On 6/4 my granddaughter brought the car in with a problem. I was informed that the warranty I purchased did not cover the repair. (parts $36.99 + tax labor $1800.00 + tax) - It was then and only then I realized that there was more than one plan. My problem is not with the service department at all but I have a huge problem with the finance department. Why was I not told that there were different warranty plans? Why was I shown an example of a mechanical problem that would not even be covered by the warranty I was sold? I was not given the warranty at cost at all instead I was sold the lowest level of warranty. - The 'bait and switch' - Since I have looked at my copy of the warranty plan and it shows no indication of what plan it was. - I expect this to fall on deaf ears but thought I should send this before I took other action as I have called several times and spoken to several people with no follow up whatsoever.

    Craig guided me along with getting the A/C fixed along with the recall for the air bag and he did a great job. I will be back to get more things done as I can afford. Craig did a SUPERIOR job with me.

    The sales person- Steve was in a real rush when he delivered the Buick to us. He wanted us to sign blank paperwork. The detailing on the car was extremely poor. Dirty inside. Mats not put down. Green needles all over the cargo & backseat. Dings in hood not taken care off. Unable to have salesman call us back. Seems he was too busy Your saving grace is Becky in customer service and Anthony in the service dept. They saved part of your reputation. I just wish you had more employees like them.
