What Does the New Volt Offer?
The 2018 Chevy Volt in Scottsdale is a great choice for those who want it all in a plug-in hybrid. It offers a suite of high-tech features and technologies, and up to a 420-mile driving range that will surely be a big benefit for those who hit the road often. In addition, the Volt comes in two well-equipped trims that are appointed to the brim with creature comforts. You can read all about them in our 2018 Chevy Volt review below.

Trims & Amenities
The five-passenger Volt is available in two trims, including LT and Premier. And no matter which variant you opt for, they both come with state-of-the-art technologies that are more commonly found in vehicles with much higher price points, as noted by 2018 Chevy Volt reviews.
Standard gear includes 17-inch wheels, LED headlights, leather-wrapped steering, automatic climate control, an 8-inch touchscreen, six-speaker sound system, Bluetooth and Apple CarPlay integration.
Even more luxuries can be had on the top-ranging Premier. It gains leather upholstery, an eight-speaker Bose sound system and navigation for turn-by-turn directions.
A Peppy Powertrain
The 2018 Volt plug-in hybrid uses a 1-liter gasoline engine, pair of electric motors and 18.4 kWh lithium-ion battery pack to move it along. This combination makes it easy for the car to achieve 53 miles of all-electric driving, which is perfect for those who drive on a regular basis. When utilizing only gas power, the vehicle can produce a truly impressive EPA-estimated 42 mpg combined, 43 city and 42 highway. The battery can be fully replenished in 4.5 hours with the use of a 240-volt charging unit.
Next-Gen Safety
Valley drivers who expect top-notch safety gear in their next new car will find it in the Volt plug-in hybrid. Every 2018 Chevy Volt in Scottsdale is equipped with 10 airbags, antilock brakes, rearview camera and seatbelt pretentionsers. There's even a tire pressure monitoring system that alerts drivers as to when their tires will need air. Cross-traffic alert, forward automatic braking and forward collision alert are all offered as well.
